After a traditional tea and breakfast, we were given a tour of the grounds. Here, we had the opportunity to actively participate in vegetable cultivation. Planting trees was the highlight. A short ride on a camel or horse was also possible. We were also allowed to feed the horses and goats. A barbecue we grilled ourselves rounded off the day perfectly. Our tour guide Hasan Fawzy led the group superbly and the driver also drove us safely through the Sahara. Thank you.…”
