“This bike tour was not a main highlight of my trip. It was a great way to get out of the main village, but it was not a tour I would do again or recommend to a friend(maybe a different company)”

Explore Mackay’s Oh Deere sugarcane farm, taste fresh cane juice, visit a John Deere museum, and hear one family’s farming story.

As farmers ourselves, we found the trip thoroughly enjoyable and particularly loved getting a glimpse inside the Love Shack. As Karinda says, everyone needs a little love in their life and for her, that love is John Deere! You’ll need to book the tour to truly understand!”

After that, we were escorted to the ticket office where they told us because we booked on Viator, there would be no refunds and no credit provided to book another tour for the day because “they would lose money.” What about the $600 we lost because they refused refund or credit for another tour? Manager would not budge and said if we were placed on another group we were “taking away money they…”
